1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is exclusively aimed at consumers residing in Switzerland. By placing an order, you accept these GTC in their currently valid version.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.

After submitting the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by a separate email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 2–10 business days. Deviations are possible.

Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Prepayment
  • Wallee (Credit card, TWINT, etc.)
  • PayPal

6.1 Prepayment

For prepayment, the goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment. You will receive the bank details in a separate email.

6.2 PayPal

For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Payment will be processed according to the conditions stated there.

7. Retention of Title

Until full payment, the goods remain the property of LiCHter Großhändler GmbH.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report defects in writing within 48 hours.

  • Damage due to improper use
  • Sale and Outlet items

9. Returns / Refunds

Returns are only possible in accordance with our return policy.

10. Liability

LiCHter Großhändler GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Liability for consequential damages, indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.

12. Copyright

All content, images, and texts on this website are protected by copyright. Any use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Changes to the GTC

We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order is decisive.

14. Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LiCHter Großhändler GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
